In this role, you will manage our existing customers in the assigned cantons and expand our customer base through targeted market strategies, actively contributing to our sales and corporate growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Customer support within the assigned cantons of Ticino and Mittelland
- Continuous management of existing accounts, including the identification and acquisition of potential new customers
- Development and execution of action plans to expand the customer segment
- Market monitoring regarding trends and external factors to ensure competitiveness
- Responsibility for order intake, revenue, and margins within the assigned customer groups
- Organization, implementation, and participation in trade fairs and customer events
- Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions
- Managing budget figures within your area of responsibility
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a Power Line Technician (Netzelektriker) with further qualifications (e.g., Professional or Higher Federal Diploma, Technical Merchant, or similar)
- Ideally, prior experience in a similar field
- Sound market and industry knowledge in the area of power distribution networks
- Proactive, independent, and goal-oriented approach to planning and work
- Willingness to travel (approx. 60–80%) for customer visits, trade fairs, and training
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Proficiency in IT systems
- Fluent in German and Italian; any additional languages are an advantage
