Employee Orientation
In order to fulfil customer requirements and achieve sustainable corporate success, we need qualified, informed, motivated and optimally deployed employees. With regard to occupational safety, we take technical and organizational measures to ensure that identified safety and health risks are minimized, work-related injuries or illnesses, accidents, personal injury and damage to property are avoided and the safety and health of our employees, visitors, external companies and contractual partners are guaranteed.
In addition to creating a positive and social working environment, these occupational safety measures are also intended to prevent economic losses. All employees are required to strictly adhere to company regulations and instructions and to refrain from doing anything that could endanger people and the environment. Our company suggestion scheme gives employees the opportunity to actively participate in the organization of occupational health and safety. Our managers regularly consult their employees on occupational health and safety issues and work continuously to further improve it, in particular to avoid or at least reduce risks. All managers undertake to actively support this process through suitable training and further education measures.
Environment and Sustainability
In the areas of environmental protection, occupational safety and energy management, we endeavor to comply with the relevant legal, official and customer-specific requirements. We endeavor to oblige our suppliers, external companies and contractual partners to comply with our standards by providing information and specifications.
In all operational activities, we endeavor to minimize our impact on the environment and climate change. This includes the preferential use of environmentally friendly products, the economical use of raw materials and energy, the avoidance of unnecessary waste and the use of recyclable and environmentally friendly materials for new products.
Quality Management
Our corporate objectives are also intended to express responsibility. They are the cornerstone for the continuous improvement of our product and service quality. We always act in accordance with our certified, integrated management system, which fulfils the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 50001:2018 and 45001:2018.
