Regional Sales Manager – Electrical Wholesale

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the electrical wholesale sector, driving customer relationships and new business development. With your expertise and sales acumen, you’ll actively promote our products, strengthen our market presence, and contribute to continuous growth in market share.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and support customers in the electrical wholesale segment within the assigned regions
- Drive new customer acquisition and build long-term relationships
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities
- Take responsibility for revenue and margin targets in your sales territory
- Implement marketing and sales strategies effectively
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
- Prepare and participate in contract negotiations with customers
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, e.g., as an Industrial Clerk or Wholesale and Foreign Trade Specialist, ideally with experience in sales or field sales
- Experience in an industrial company is an advantage
- Proactive, independent working style with strong planning skills
- Willingness to travel (approx. 60%) for customer visits and trade shows & events
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
- Strong team player
- Confident in using IT systems (MS Office, ERP systems)
