Production Employee
As a Production Employee, you will independently manufacture our products according to instructions and guidelines. Flexibility is key - we’ll train you across various workstations and production areas, ensuring a diverse and engaging role. You’ll be supported by a helpful team and friendly colleagues every step of the way.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform tasks in setup, packaging, and filling areas
- Operate and monitor production equipment and tools
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance measures
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the department
Your Profile
- Precise, independent, and structured working style
- Resilient, even under high workloads
- Team-oriented with a friendly demeanor
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work in a shift system
