To strengthen our production teams at the Radeberg and Waldshut-Tiengen sites, we are looking to hire - starting as soon as possible - a
Machine Operator
You will operate, monitor, and maintain our new production equipment within the manufacturing area. Thanks to your technical skills, you’ll also handle minor repairs and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations. This responsible role is performed within a shift system.
Your Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery
- Perform quality checks according to instructions
- Identify, report, and document defects and deviations
- Carry out various tasks, including support for other departments
- Report malfunctions and independently clean and maintain equipment
- Monitor ongoing production processes and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications
- Handle transport, packaging, and material movement before, during, and after production
Your Profile
- Precise, independent, and structured working style
- Resilient, even under high workloads
- Team-oriented with a friendly demeanor
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work in a shift system
