CELLPACK appoints Andy Eyrich as new COO
We’re excited to announce that Andy Eyrich has joined our company as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective September 1st, 2025.
Andy brings with him more than 20 years of international leadership experience across the automotive, mechanical engineering, and plastics industries. His career has been shaped by a hands-on approach to operations, a deep understanding of production systems, and a passion for building strong, resilient teams.
After completing an industrial apprenticeship and earning a degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on production and organization, Andy gained early international experience in Mexico. There, he successfully planned and built a production facility from the ground up—an achievement that laid the foundation for his future leadership roles.
Over the years, Andy has led operational units of up to 240 employees, driving efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth. Most recently, he was responsible for sensor production at Endress+Hauser, where he applied modern lean management principles to enhance organizational performance.
With Andy on board, we’re looking forward to continuing our journey of operational excellence and strategic growth. His expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our production processes and strengthening our global footprint.
