Each year, BBC Cellpack Electrical Products welcomes several apprentices into our team. We place great value on a structured, engaging, and varied training experience — designed to prepare you for your future career in your chosen field.
As an apprentice, you’ll gain insight into the commercial departments of an industrial company and build practical experience that’s increasingly valuable in a globalized world.

During your apprenticeship, you’ll gain a comprehensive insight into all key business processes, allowing you to specialize in a department that best aligns with your interests and strengths by the end of your training.
We make sure you can complete your final thesis in one of your preferred departments. From day one, you’ll learn independence and responsibility—without ever being left on your own.
With dedicated mentors by your side, you’ll get an in-depth look at every department and its daily operations, while working on meaningful trainee projects that contribute to the company.
Your Apprenticeship as Industrial Clerk
As an apprentice Industrial Clerk at BBC Cellpack Electrical Products, you’ll support a wide range of business processes across our commercial departments — from order intake and processing to invoicing. Your training will focus on process, market, and customer orientation, the use of information and communication systems, and applying a foreign language in professional contexts.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll rotate through key departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Quality Management, HR, Marketing, and Production Planning & Control. This diversity is designed to help you build strong skills and discover where your strengths lie — so that after successfully completing your apprenticeship, you can continue contributing to your preferred department as a specialist.
Midway through your training, you’ll take an interim exam. Your final exam is administered by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and includes a presentation and professional discussion on a topic of your choice.
