In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and supervising our production equipment within the manufacturing area. Using your technical and hands-on skills, you will also carry out minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure smooth production processes. This responsible position is performed in a shift-based work environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Execute production orders across various manufacturing areas
- Perform setup, changeover, and finishing activities, as well as minor repair work
- Diagnose faults and contribute to process optimization in production
- Assist with spare parts management and inventory
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality assurance measures, including documentation
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety within the department
Your Profile
- Experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in the plastics industry is an advantage
- Accurate, independent, and well-structured way of working
- Ability to work under pressure, even during periods of high workload
- Strong team spirit and a friendly, professional attitude
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work in a shift system
